Plan and write engaging copy for social media, adverts, and the web while ensuring
your work is always on tone, on brand, and on time

Conduct research and develop creative ideas for marketing and promotional campaigns

Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines

Collaborate with team members to develop concept and copy directions

Contribute to brainstorming sessions, new business pitches and proposals


High proficiency in English and BM

Exposure/work in marketing, social media writing or campaign execution is a plus

Independent, meticulous, proactive and results oriented

Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Creative Writing or related field

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position




Create and manage paid online marketing campaigns across different platforms
(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Search, Display, YouTube, LinkedIn, Mobile Advertising, Content Marketing and etc)

Day-to-day campaigns monitoring, tracking, reporting, and optimization

Measure campaign performance through website analytics tools and provide actionable insights

Optimize campaign accounts in order to achieve the best results and hit the target KPIs
(Cost per Acquisition [CPA], Conversion Rate [CR], etc)

Build and generate reports of campaign performance on a regular basis,
delivering recommendations through data

Work with other teams in brainstorming, planning, execution, and reporting for all campaigns

Be up to date on all digital marketing related news


A minimum of 5 years working experience in Digital Advertising/Media Planning
or related field, preferably in an agency environment

Solid experience in managing all digital marketing tools such as
Google adwords, Facebook ads manager, Google analytics and etc.

A keen interest in the digital industry

A desire to stay updated with the latest digital platforms and technology

Able to work independently and in a team

Excellent time management skills, responsible and with strong attention to detail

Great communication skills, both oral and written

Analytical, hardworking, structured, self-sufficient, self-driven, and hungry to learn

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise as necessary
